About Department
Music subject started in 2006 at Samarth College, Lakhani. The Department of Music is run on an unaided basis and first preference is given to the subject for admission of students. Through this department, knowledge about musical instruments, singing and music is enhanced. In this department Prof. Rakhi Mathure is working as (C.H.B.). On behalf of the Department, Various competitions like song singing - (Patriotic-Bhavgeet) and playing musical instruments are organized.
