About Department
Samarth College was established in 1964. Along with the establishment, the History Department was established. Prof. R. A. Thengdi was the first Head of the History Department. Nagpur Amravati History Conference was organized in 2003 by the Department of History. Along with this, Seminars, Workshops are organized on the subjects necessary for the personality development of the students.
